EXCHANGES & RETURNS

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and free from any sign of use.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached and in perfect condition. Please include the original itemized slip inside the parcel.

Returns from different orders must be shipped separately.

HERTH is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR CANCELLATION

To request a return or cancellation, access your customer account using the email address associated with your order and select the relevant order.

Alternatively, you may email customercare@byherth.com, indicating your order number and whether you wish to request a return or cancellation.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

To exchange an item, please submit a return request through your customer account.

Once your return request has been approved, customers in selected countries may contact customercare@byherth.com to receive a single-use code for complimentary standard shipping. You may then place a new order for your preferred item, size or colour.

The preferred item, size or colour is subject to availability.

Complimentary shipping applies exclusively to exchanges of full-price items.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Our return policy applies only to full-price purchases.

Items purchased using promotional discount codes are not eligible for a refund. Instead, we offer store credit equal to the order value, valid for six months.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Archive Sale items
  • Pre-order items (cancellable within three days of purchase by contacting customercare@byherth.com)
  • Sample Sale items (these may include minor imperfections)
  • Hair accessories

RETURN TIMEFRAME

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Orders placed between November 30 and December 31 may be returned until January 10.

RETURN SHIPPING & ASSOCIATED COSTS

All costs related to returning or exchanging an item — including shipping, duties and taxes — are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Return labels are currently available only for European orders. If a return label is issued, the cost of the selected shipping method will be deducted from the refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the date HERTH receives the returned parcel. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, as well as duties or import taxes incurred upon re-entry into Italy are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

You are welcome to include a short note explaining the reason for your return — we always appreciate your feedback.
