CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or show any sign of use.
All products must be returned in their original packaging, with every tag attached and in perfect condition.
Please include the original itemized slip inside your parcel.
Returns from different orders must be shipped separately.

HERTH is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please email customercare@byherth.com indicating whether you wish to request a return or an exchange.

If you are requesting an exchange, we will be glad to assist you. Complimentary exchange shipping is available for selected countries and applies exclusively to full-price items.
All exchanges are subject to availability.

Our return policy applies only to full-price purchases.

We are unable to accept returns on items purchased with promotional discount codes, except for those received when subscribing to our newsletter.
For other promotional purchases, we offer a store credit equal to the order value, valid for six months.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased from Sale, Archive Sale, or Pre-Order collections are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: Items from the Sample Sale are final sale and may present small imperfections. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Hair accessories are not returnable or exchangeable.

RETURN TIMEFRAME

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Orders placed between November 30th and December 31st may be returned January 10th.

RETURN SHIPPING AND ASSOCIATED COSTS

All costs related to returning or exchanging an item — including shipping, duties, and taxes — are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number for reference.

At this time, return labels are available only for European orders.
If we provide you with a return label, the cost of the selected shipping method will be deducted from your refund.
You can consult all applicable rates in our Shipping Policy.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the moment HERTH receives your returned parcel.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are welcome to include a short note explaining the reason for your return — we always appreciate feedback.
