EXCHANGES & RETURNS
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and free from any sign of use.
All products must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached and in perfect condition. Please include the original itemized slip inside the parcel.
Returns from different orders must be shipped separately.
HERTH is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange, please email customercare@byherth.com indicating your order number and whether you wish to request a return or an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Complimentary exchange shipping may be available for selected countries and applies exclusively to full-price items.
Our return policy applies only to full-price purchases.
Items purchased using promotional discount codes are not eligible for return, except for discount codes received through newsletter subscription.
For other promotional purchases, we offer a store credit equal to the order value, valid for six months.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Sale items
- Archive Sale items
- Pre-order items
- Sample Sale items (these may include minor imperfections)
- Hair accessories
RETURN TIMEFRAME
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Orders placed between November 30 and December 31 may be returned until January 10.
RETURN SHIPPING & ASSOCIATED COSTS
All costs related to returning or exchanging an item — including shipping, duties and taxes — are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
Return labels are currently available only for European orders. If a return label is issued, the cost of the selected shipping method will be deducted from the refund.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 7 days from the date HERTH receives the returned parcel. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, as well as duties or import taxes incurred upon re-entry into Italy are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
You are welcome to include a short note explaining the reason for your return — we always appreciate your feedback.
