If exchanging an item, we are happy to help and send you free of charge the item you prefer if you are in one of these countries. Exchanges are subject to availability. In case of exchange, the free shipping is only applicable to full price items.
Our return policy is applicable to full price items. As a small reality, we cannot accept returns on promotional items.
PLEASE NOTE that hair accessories are not returnable or exchangeable.
We offer returns on orders, within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders placed between November 30th – December 31th have a longer return period until the 10th of January. The costs, including any duties and taxes, related to the return or exchange of the item are at the customer’s expense, except damaged or defective items. When returning an item feel free to include a description of why you weren’t satisfied with the item, we love feedback!
