We ship worldwide from Italy with trusted logistics partners, including Poste Italiane, FedEx, DHL GoGreen Climate Neutral and UPS Carbon Neutral.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email your tracking number.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, or if a parcel is not collected within the timeframe indicated by the courier and is returned to us, any related costs will be charged to the customer.

Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay import duties and local taxes upon delivery. These charges are applied once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid to release the shipment from customs.

If duties are refused and the parcel is returned to sender, HERTH is not responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Deliveries to Russia require a registered company address. Italian companies are not permitted to ship to private residential addresses in Russia.
