We ship worldwide with trusted logistics partners — including Poste Italiane, FedEx, DHL GoGreen Climate Neutral and UPS Carbon Neutral — prioritising sustainability across every delivery.

All orders are shipped from Italy. 
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day and shipped within 1-2 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing you tracking number.

Please note that, while we always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you in case of any unexpected delays.

If the shipping address is entered incorrectly, or if the parcel is not collected within the time indicated by the courier after the first delivery attempt — resulting in the order being returned to us — the related costs will be charged to the customer.

Duties and taxes are not included in the order total.

Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay these fees. Import duties are applied once the parcel reaches the destination country, and payment is required to release your order from customs.

As rates vary by country, we are unable to provide estimates. We recommend contacting your local postal service or customs office for further information.

If you choose not to pay the applicable duties and the parcel is returned to sender, HERTH is not responsible for any costs incurred.

Deliveries to Russia require a company address, as Italian companies are not permitted to ship to private residential addresses.
