All of our items are shipped using DHL GoGreen Climate Neutral and UPS Carbon Neutral, keeping true to our promise of sustainability throughout the entire supply chain and to reduce CO2 emissions.

All orders are shipped from Italy.
All orders will be process between 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, except holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be process the following business day and shipped within 1-2 business days. You can track your order once it’s been shipped using the tracking number you can find in the confirmation email.

Please consider that although we do our best to ship your package as soon as your order is complete, timing may vary due to circumstances that we cannot predict. We will let you know of any unreasonable delays. Please, if you have any problem with your order contact us at customercare@byherth.com or by WhatsApp.

If the address is not filled in correctly or you don’t collect the parcel within the time indicated by the courier after the first delivery attempt and this causes order to be sent back, we will charge the cost.

Duties and taxes are not included in the cost. If you are based outside the EU you may be required to pay them. These fees will be fully charged to the customer. When your delivery reaches the country of destination, import duties and taxes are levied and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on rates as they vary according to the country. Please consult your local post office for more information. Should you choose to not pay all applicable duties and the package is returned to sender HERTH is not responsible for any cost incurred.
Customs taxes and duties are not applicable to orders under $800 (USA territory).

Deliveries to Russia will need a company address since we as an Italian company aren’t allowed to send to a private address.
