Yes. Our dyeing process is fully certified, 100% organic, and biodegradable—ensuring minimal environmental impact. We use digital printing to reduce water usage, energy consumption, and CO₂ emissions.
Both our dyeing and printing methods are sustainable, eco-friendly, and free from heavy metals or harmful chemicals. The dyes we use are non-toxic, non-allergenic, and gentle on the skin. Since the skin can absorb up to 65% of what it touches, we only use safe, certified natural dyes in every HERTH garment.
All HERTH garments are proudly made in Italy. Every piece is crafted by local artisans under ethical working conditions, using sustainable practices. Our entire supply chain is based in northern Italy, which helps reduce our carbon footprint through shorter logistics routes.

Orders
No, you can proceed to checkout as a guest. However, creating an account with your email allows you to track your order, save shipping details for faster checkout, and receive updates on future HERTH collections and promotions.
First, please check your spam or junk folder—sometimes order confirmations end up there. If you still haven’t received an email with your confirmation number, please reach out to our customer service team at customercare@byherth.com or contact us via WhatsApp for immediate assistance.
We can cancel your order the same day it’s placed, as long as it hasn’t been processed yet. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at customercare@byherth.com or reach us via WhatsApp.
If your order has already been processed, you can still return your items. We’d love to hear your feedback—please let us know why you're unsatisfied, and we’ll assist you with the return process.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 1-2 business days thereafter. Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
Items listed as pre-order are made-to-order and will be delivered within 30 days. Please note that all pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
You can cancel your pre-order within 3 business days by contacting our Customer Care Service at customercare@byherth.com .
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order items are available. To receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders, as we cannot split items from an existing order.
Payments
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna for added convenience.
Klarna is a payment service that allows you to shop with HERTH now and pay later, either in 30 days or in 3 interest-free installments.

On our website, all payments are processed in Euro (€). The exchange rate applied will be based on your bank’s current rates at the time of the transaction.

Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. If you are located outside the EU, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are fully the responsibility of the customer.
When your order arrives in the destination country, it will be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be paid to release your package from customs. Since these fees vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for the exact rates.
Please note, if you choose not to pay the applicable duties and your package is returned to us, HERTH will not be responsible for any costs incurred.
Customs taxes & duties are not applicable to orders under $800 (USA territory).
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes. However, you can select the option to pick up your order at a nearby Poste, FEDEX, DHL, or UPS point during checkout.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order. Simply click on the tracking link to view the status of your shipment.
Exchanges and Returns
HERTH does not accept returns or exchanges for items worn, demaged, washed, altered or used. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached and in perfect condition. Please include the original itemized list in the package. Returns cannot be combined with other orders.
Our return policy is applicable to full price items.
As a small business, we are unable to accept returns on items purchasing using promotional discount codes, except for items purchased with a discount code received through subscribing to our newsletter. For other promotional items, we offer a voucher equal to the value of your order, valid for six months.

Orders placed between November 30th and December 31st benefit from an extended return period until January 10th.

HERTH garments are made to last, and proper care will ensure they remain beautiful for years. Follow these easy steps:
- Hand wash with silk suitable natural detergent in cold water.
- Avoid soaking, for long period, to preserve silk's natural luminosity.
- Do not scrub, wring or put your HERTH garment in the dryer.
- Lay flat to dry - avoid direct sunlight exposure.
- If necessary, iron inside out on low heat, without steam.
- For stains, use only natural soap suitable for silk.
- When choosing to dry clean, find your nearest Green Dry Cleaner that refrains from the use of harmful chemical products.

To use a gift card or discount code, simply enter the gift card number or discount code in the corresponding box during checkout. Ensure that the amount is correctly deducted from your total before finalizing your order, as we are unable to apply the code or card after the purchase is completed.
