SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Italy using trusted logistics partners, including Poste Italiane, FedEx, DHL GoGreen Climate Neutral and UPS Carbon Neutral.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day and shipped within 1-2 business days.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.

Items purchased using promotional discount codes are not eligible for return, except for discount codes received through newsletter subscription.

For other promotional purchases, we offer a voucher equal to the order value, valid for six months.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Sale items
• Archive Sale items
• Pre-order items
• Sample Sale items (these may include minor imperfections)
• Hair accessories

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and unused.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All return shipping costs — including duties and taxes, where applicable — are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

At this time, return labels are provided only for European orders. If a return label is issued, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
