HERTH does not accept returns or exchanges for item sworn, damaged, washed, altered or used. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached and in perfect condition. Please include the original itemized list in the package. Returns cannot be combined with other orders. 

HERTH is not responsible in case of loss, theft or damage of the shipment. 

To return or exchange an item
Send an email to customercare@byherth.com specifying if it’s an exchange or return. If exchanging an item, we are happy to help and send you free of charge the item you prefer if you are in one of these countries. Exchanges are subject to availability. In case of exchange, the free shipping is only applicable to full price items. 

Our return policy is applicable to full price items. 

As a small reality, we cannot accept returns on promotional items. 

PLEASE NOTE: we do not offer refunds, return or exchanges on products from the Sample Sale. All items are final sale and may feature small imperfections.

PLEASE NOTE: hair accessories are not returnable or exchangeable.

We offer returns on orders within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders placed between November 30th – December 31st have a longer return period until the 10th of January.

The costs, including any duties and taxes, related to the return or exchange of the item are at the customer’s expense, except damaged or defective items.

We suggest you use a shipping service with tracking available and make sure to save the tracking number.

Please, note that at this time, we offer a return label only for European orders. If we offer you a return label, we will deduct the amount of your shipping method from the refund. You can find the shipping rates in our Shipping Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 days of HERTH receiving the returned package, if not earlier. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed by us. The processing time also varies based on your financial institution. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning an item feel free to include a description of why you weren’t satisfied with the item, we love feedback.
